Hailing from an Australian father and Chinese mother, Ben Quinlan is an award-winning stand-up comedian.

Ben is a regular headliner at major comedy clubs around Asia, selling out shows in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Taiwan. He appeared on Comedy Central’s Stand-Up Asia! Season 2 and was the winner of the 2017 Hong Kong International Comedy Competition.

Ben has also opened for a number of international comedians on their global tours, including Russell Howard, Kevin Bridges, and Doug Stanhope. He sold out his past 20 1-hour comedy specials in Hong Kong, with over 3,000 tickets sold.

Aside from wearing his comedy hat, Ben is a multi-time TEDx speaker and a prominent keynote presenter in the financial services industry. He is regularly interviewed by leading news channels as the CEO of his own strategy consulting firm, Quinlan & Associates. He is the former Chairman of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, Chair of the Innovation & Technology Committee at AustCham, an adjunct university professor, and sits on numerous advisory committees with various government, semi-government, and non-profit organisations, and is the Chairman and an advisory board member for numerous award-winning startups.
